Edmonton Heating Guide is operated by Khem Consulting Inc., Edmonton, Alberta.

What we collect

When you request quotes we collect your name, phone number, optional email, area, the service you need and any details you add. When a contractor signs up we collect their business contact details.

How we use it

We share your request with up to 3 installers who serve your area so they can contact you about it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it's stored and for how long

Requests are stored in our Cloudflare account and deleted automatically after 24 months. When a request arrives we get a phone notification that shows only the type of job and the area, never your name or number.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, send us a message and we'll respond within 30 days, as Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act requires.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites.
